Conveyor components are welded and sub-assembled in quality-controlled jigs and fixtures to produce high quality, interchangeable products.  All drive units are set-up and tested in the factory to ensure components fit and operate correctly before shipment.

All metals used in fabrication are new, clean, and free from defects.  Careful, controlled processes are employed to form and fuse components, eliminating stress fractures or damage.  And all sharp edges, corners or burrs are removed prior to finishing.
